Ingredients

1 kg Chicken Pieces, cut into medium sizes (skin removed, if whole pieces)

2 tbsp Fresh Ginger and Garlic

2 Medium Jam Tomatoes (grated)

2 Medium Onions Finely Sliced

3 Medium Potatoes (see here how to cook potatoes in curry)

½ cup Sunflower Oil

Fresh Curry Leaves and Coriander to Garnish
Instructions

Heat Oil to a medium heat and fry Onions until golden brown.

Add Durban Curry Lovers, All-in-One Masala and fresh Ginger and Garlic, stir for 5 seconds.

Add Chicken and Potatoes and mix well. Allow Chicken and Potatoes to fry in spices on a low heat stirring occasionally without burning.

Add Salt to taste

Add Tomatoes and cook on a low heat, stirring occasionally until cooked.

Add 1 cup of water ( or as required ) and cook on medium heat until Chicken is cooked and Potatoes have softened.

Garnish with fresh curry leaves and coriander
