Dumplings for Curry Recipe

Jennifer made hers with parsley & chives, instead of chillies and dhania – you could simply use your favourite herbs or flavours.

Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 /2 chopped green chillie
- 1/2 teaspoon dhania
- 1 small egg
- 1/4 cup milk or buttermilk
- Salt
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients with butter
- Add liquid
- Mix together
- Put tablespoons blobs on top of the curry when cooking.
- Keep lid on low heat for 10 – 15 min.
