Ingredients

- 2 kg crab
- 10 to 12 ripe tomatoes
- 3 onion
- 3 green chillies
- Curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 3 tsp kashmiri Masala
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp ginger and garlic paste
- 2 tablespoons tamarind, mixed in 2 cup warm water
- Salt
Instructions
- Fry onion and garlic in oil
- Add turmeric and Masala
- Add ginger and garlic paste
- Add tomatoes, green chillies, curry leaves & salt
- Cook for 10 minutes or until tomatoes have softened
- Add crab
- Cook for 5 minutes
- Add tamarind water
- Cook for 20mins
- Switch off stove
- Garnish with dhania
